Frequently asked questions.
Lab-Grown Diamonds & Gemstones
What is a lab-grown diamond?
A diamond grown above ground instead of pulled from beneath it. Same carbon, same crystal structure, same hardness and fire as one formed underground. The only difference is where it came from.
How is it different from a natural diamond?
Chemically and physically, it isn't. Composition, crystal structure, refractive index, hardness, and density are identical. A gemologist needs specialized equipment, not the naked eye, to tell them apart.
Are your stones certified?
Yes. Every stone ships with its own grading report from an independent laboratory, graded on the same standards as natural stones.
Do you work with gemstones besides diamonds?
Yes. Alongside lab-grown diamonds, we set colored gemstones, grown the same way and graded to the same standards.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
See our ring size guide for two easy ways to measure at home, plus a size conversion chart.
What if I order the wrong size?
Write to us and we’ll help arrange a resize. See our refund policy for details.
Modular Pieces
What does “modular” mean?
Every setting is built to hold more than one stone over time. Buy the piece once, then add or change the stone as your life does: a solitaire today, a second stone paired in later, a new cut whenever it calls for one.
Can I add a stone to a piece I already own?
Yes. Write to us with the piece and the stone you're considering, and we'll walk you through it.
Shipping & Care
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders over $300 ship free. See our shipping policy for full details.
How should I care for my piece?
Store it separately to avoid scratching, remove it before swimming or heavy exercise, and clean it gently with warm water and a soft brush. Avoid household chemicals and ultrasonic cleaners unless advised.
Can I request a custom or bespoke piece?
Yes. Write to us directly to start a consultation for bespoke work or an engagement piece.
